Kyungwon Industrial operates advanced manufacturing infrastructure with a combined monthly coating capacity exceeding 1.44 million units across Pyeongtaek Plant 1 (HQ Suweol expansion) and Plant 2 (Branch Naecheon).
Located at 384, Seotan-ro, Seotan-myeon, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, Kyungwon Industrial Headquarters serves as our core manufacturing base integrating cutting-edge robotic automation and smart eco-factory infrastructure through newly constructed office facilities and coating line expansion.
Equipped with an XY traversing automated coating line (Line 3), XY traversing & rotary hybrid automated coating line (Line 4), FIFO box ovens, and a centralized MES control room, it specializes in the precision coating of high-difficulty, high-quality automotive interior and exterior components.
3 Booth Rooms, XY traversing automatic spray guns, 14M chamber-type curing oven (45-min continuous cure). Delivering stable 1-coat continuous production for premium exterior components.
2 Booth Rooms, 2 sets of XY traversing & rotary hybrid spray systems, 12M forced convection chamber oven (40-min cure). Achieving precision coating on complex 3D contoured components.
Located at 108, Seotannaecheon-gil, Seotan-myeon, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, Plant 2 is a mass-production specialized facility featuring an ultra-fast spindle rotary automated line boasting a continuous mass-production capacity of 900,000 units/month, complemented by 6-axis plasma surface treatment robots.
Through continuous 280M chain-type and 100M trolley-type curing ovens, it produces uniform film thickness and optimal coating finishes.
